As a Registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Mr. Traina is experienced in preparing and filing patent applications for his clients in a wide array of fields, including computer software, medical devices, semiconductors, signal processing, and mechanical apparatuses. He also counsels his clients with regard to patent portfolio strategies. He also regularly assists clients with matters relating to trademark and copyright protection, including preparation and filing of trademark and copyright applications, and litigation of intellectual property disputes involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and more.

Mr. Traina is also an editor of the Barrister, a monthly publication of the Broward County Bar Association, and is a former member of the board of directors of ArtServe, a South Florida art incubator that has been supporting local artists for more than 25 years. He is also a member of the Broward County Bar Association and the Intellectual Property Law Association of Florida. In addition, Mr. Traina guest lectures on a variety of intellectual property topics, including in engineering and law classes and organizational events.
